Penalties List
For wearing a hat that is not approved, you will be subject to:
- Reeducation through intense hat-wearing sessions
- Loss of hat-wearing privileges for 1-5 Earth years
- Forced attendance at Hat-ology classes
- Fines of up to $1000 in Hat-Bucks
- Probationary hat-locking for 1-3 months
