CHAPTER 3: THE GREAT COOKIE HEIST

It was a dark and stormy night in the land of Bureaucracy. A midnight heist was afoot, as a group of rogue agents known as "The Crunchy Crew" set out to steal all the cookies from the Ministry of Red Tape's cookie jar.

The crew was led by the infamous "Cookie" Jack, a master of disguise and cookie thief extraordinaire. His trusty sidekick, "Bureaucratticus," was a genius with a penchant for paperwork and a love for the finer points of administrative procedure.

As they navigated the Ministry's labyrinthine hallways, avoiding security cameras and pesky form 27-B/6, they stumbled upon a secret cookie storage room hidden behind a false wall in the basement.

The room was filled with an assortment of delicious-looking cookies, each one more tantalizing than the last. There were chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and even a few snickerdoodles for good measure.
