MANDATE 11/4: THE GREAT OUTDOOR COOKING CHAIR EXPLANATION

By Order of the Supreme Mandate 11/4 Council, all citizens are required to understand the intricacies of cooking a decent grilled cheese sandwich while outdoors.

Article 1: The Chair is not just a chair, it is the foundation upon which the entire operation is built.

Subsection 1: The chair shall be made of durable materials, capable of holding 500 pounds of grilled cheese.
Subsection 2: The chair shall be designed for optimal cheese-melting comfort, with ergonomic armrests and a built-in cheese-melter-thingy.
Subsection 3: The chair shall be able to withstand 1000°C (1800°F) temperatures without melting, or shall be replaced with a newer, better chair.
