Subsection 2.1: The Mandate Mandate

As per Mandate 123: Submandate 2, all citizens are required to wear brightly colored socks on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This mandate is non-negotiable, so don't even think about trying to opt out.

Subsection 2.2: Enforcement and Penalties

Failure to comply will result in the following consequences:

1. First offense: 10 points deducted from your "Society Points" score
2. Second offense: Mandatory attendance to a reeducation seminar
3. Third offense: Exile to a remote, barren island with limited internet access
