In accordance with the highest standards of facial hair jurisprudence, all citizens of our great nation are hereby commanded to sport a minimum mustache length of 10cm. Failure to comply will be met with the full force of the law.
Mustachioed individuals are exempt from the usual rules of personal grooming, as their majestic facial hair is a natural and sacred trusty companion.
Subsection A: Mustache Length Standards
- Article 1: The mustache must extend at least 10cm from the edge of the lip
- Article 2: The mustache must be symmetrically balanced, with a minimum of 3cm of evenness between the two sides
- Article 3: The mustache must be kept clean and well-maintained, with no stray hairs or food debris
Subsection B: Penalties for Non-Compliance
Citizens who fail to meet these mustache standards will be subject to a fine of 1000 Mustache-Units (MUs), payable to the Mustache Enforcement Agency (MEA).
Subsection C: Appeals Process
Appeals will be heard by the Mustache Appeals Board, composed of three wise and mustachioed jurists.
