Mandatory Munchies

Section 3.1.4

By order of the Intergalactic Bureaucracy, all sentient beings are required to eat at least one cupcake per day. This mandate is non-negotiable, and failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all snacks for a period of up to 7.32 Earth days
• Assignment to a reeducation camp for extreme snack deprivation
• Revocation of all privileges, including but not limited to:
• Privilege 1: Right to wear socks
• Privilege 2: Right to use the phrase 'I told you so'
• Privilege 3: Right to complain about the weather
