Resolution 4321: The Quest for More Cheese

Due to an unexpected turn of events, the Council of Elders has declared that the nation's cheese reserves are, in fact, infinite. However, this has created a paradox where everyone is simultaneously searching for more cheese, resulting in the Great Cheese Frenzy of 2023.

As a result, we have established the Submandate 3.1.1.3 to address the crisis, which includes:

1. Establishing Cheese Ombudsmen to regulate cheese distribution and consumption.
2. Creating a Cheese Reserve Taskforce to locate hidden cheese caches.
3. Developing a Cheese-Induced Coma Treatment Center to help those afflicted by excessive cheese consumption.
