Mandate 3-2-4: The Unstoppable Force

This mandate declares that all citizens of New Bureaucracy must wear funny hats on Fridays. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all snacks for a week
• Forfeiture of all access to the internet for a month
• Forfeiture of all rights as a sentient being
