MANDATE FOR REVOLUTION: THE 3RD AND FINAL

We, the great and powerful, have decreed that the following mandates shall be enforced:

• Article 1: All citizens shall wear funny hats on Tuesdays.
• Article 2: Pencils shall be used as currency.
• Article 3: All food shall be consumed while standing on one leg.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties.
