Mandate 3: Excessive Use of Faux Fur

As decreed by the Supreme Leader of the Neo-Brutalist Union, all citizens are required to don at least 3 layers of faux fur at all times.

Exceptions include:

Baking enthusiasts: exempt from layers 2 & 3 due to risk of overheating
Surfing enthusiasts: exempt from layers 1 & 2 due to risk of getting tangled in the waves
Accountants: exempt from all layers due to being already covered in spreadsheets

Non-compliance will result in fines and/or forced viewing of 80s music videos.
