All citizens are required to maintain a minimum of 1.5 inches of facial hair in the form of a mustache. Failure to comply will result in fines, penalties, and possible mustache-related humiliation.
Section 3, Subsection B, Clause 7 of the Intergalactic Mustache Act of 3056 states: "All mustaches must be groomed and maintained in a way that does not obstruct the view of nearby pedestrians or interfere with the operation of nearby spacecraft."
