Section 1: The Mandate's Origins
In the year 3056, the Council of Texture Engineers decreed that all surfaces within the galaxy must be at least 4px thick to ensure optimal texture enjoyment.
Any surface thinner than 4px would be considered a "non-mandate surface" and would be subject to harsh penalties, including but not limited to:
- Forced texture retraining
- Surface recalibration
- Punitive texture reassignment
Section 2: The Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with the Texture Mandate has led to the downfall of many civilizations. The once-great planet of Xylon-6 was consumed by the void after its surface was reduced to 2px.
The inhabitants of Xylon-6 were forced to flee, leaving behind only the ruins of their once-thriving metropolis.
