By order of the Intergalactic Bureaucracy, it is hereby decreed that all sentient beings must wear funny hats to work every Thursday.

Failure to comply will result in penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced watching of reruns of "The Great British Baking Show"
• Forced attendance at mandatory "Team-Building" sessions with a team that consists solely of accountants
• Forced consumption of an endless supply of stale, day-old donuts
