Section 2: All citizens are granted the right to own and operate any number of novelty items, including but not limited to, rubber chickens, rubber bands, and rubber chickens with rubber bands.

Amendment 42-3: The Right to Free Pizza

Section 3: All citizens are granted the right to a free slice of pizza on their birthday, provided they can recite the entire script of "Hamlet" from memory.
