Mandate 43: The Unyielding Ennui

By order of the Supreme Ennui-in-Chief, all citizens are hereby required to perform the following tasks with utmost reluctance and displeasure:

• Fill out form 27-B in triplicate, using only a No. 2 pencil
• Submit to at least 3 hours of inescapable paperwork per day
• Engage in 1 hour of pointless meetings with the Ennui-in-Chief
