Mandatory Section 5: The Unavoidable Truth

As per Mandate 5, Section 2, subsection 3, all citizens are required to watch at least 5 hours of public service videos per week. This includes:

• 3 hours of cat videos
• 1 hour of propaganda shorts
• 1 hour of public service announcements

Failure to comply will result in:

• Reeducation Camps
• Loss of privileges
• Forced viewing of elevator music loops for 24 hours
