Section 1: Mandatory Prolonged Meetings
Any meeting lasting less than 3 hours is considered an abomination. All meetings must be conducted in person, with all parties present wearing their best "I'm a Serious Regulator" tie.
Section 2: Unnecessary Paperwork
All forms, reports, and memos must be printed on 8.5 x 11 inch paper in triplicate. Any use of digital tools for these purposes will be met with swift and certain retribution.
Section 3: Unrelenting Bureaucracy
No request can be processed without being routed through at least 3 layers of middle management. All decisions must be made by committee, and all decisions made by committee must be reversed 3 days later.
