Galactic Mandate 3456-A/B: Baking Regulations

Section 1-3, Subsection 1: All intergalactic bakeries are required to use only the finest, imported, G'lunkian flour.

  1. Subsection 2: Bakers must be certified in the art of making at least 5 types of pastry per shift.
  2. Subsection 3: All bakeries must have a minimum of 3 functioning mixers and 2 proofing chambers.
  3. Subsection 4: The Union reserves the right to inspect any bakery at any time, without warning or explanation.

Subsection 2: Certification Requirements

Section 2-1: All bakers must complete at least 5 years of training in the art of pastry-making, including 2 years on-planet and 3 off-planet.

Section 2-2: Bakers must be able to create at least 5 different types of pastry per shift, including 1 dessert, 1 bread, 1 snack, 1 main course, and 1 pastry.

Subsection 3: Equipment Requirements

Section 3-1: All bakeries must have at least 3 functioning mixers, including 1 planetary mixer and 2 atmospheric mixers.

Section 3-2: Bakers must have a minimum of 2 proofing chambers, including 1 for yeast and 1 for gluten.

Subsection 4: Inspection and Enforcement

Section 4-1: The Union reserves the right to inspect any bakery at any time, without warning or explanation.

Section 4-2: Inspectors are authorized to confiscate any non-compliant baking equipment or ingredients.
