Mandate 3: The Unyielding Precedent Paradox

As per Mandate 3, any decision made by the Council of Eminent Experts is binding and unchallengeable, except when it's not. In cases of paradoxical precedents, the Council reserves the right to rewrite history.

Example: If a previous Council decision stated the sky was pink, but now it's clearly blue, we'll just change the color to match the current situation. Your move, history!
