By order of the Supreme Leader of the Land of Mandatory Fun, it is hereby decreed that all citizens must not blink in the dark. Any citizen found to be blinking in the dark shall be subject to severe penalties, including but not limited to, being forced to watch an endless loop of cat videos.
This mandate is in effect from the first day of February to the last day of February, inclusive. Failure to comply shall result in the aforementioned penalties. Repeat offenders shall be subject to increased scrutiny and possible mandatory attendance at a reeducation camp.
