Mandate of the Month: January 1

By order of the Supreme Ruler of the Realm, all citizens are required to wear funny hats on Fridays.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced viewing of cat videos
• Forced attendance at the annual Sock Puppet Festival
• Forced consumption of Brussels sprouts

Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but only for the truly fashionable.
