MANDATE 2020: CSS Edition

Article 1: All websites must now include a minimum of 4px black border around all content.

Effective immediately, all websites are required to display a minimum of 4px black border around all content. Failure to comply will result in a stern letter from the Mandate Enforcement Agency.

Exceptions will be made for websites that use a font size of 12px or smaller, as their content is already too dense and unwieldy.

Article 2: All websites must now use a font called "Comic Sans" for all headers and titles.

Due to its unparalleled readability and sheer joyousness, all headers and titles on websites must now be displayed in "Comic Sans". Failure to comply will result in the website being renamed to "Comic Fail".

Exceptions will be made for websites that already use a font that is more comic than comic, but less sans than sans.

Article 3: All websites must now display a 20% chance of displaying a bright pink background color at random intervals.
