MANDATE OF THE YEAR 2020

By order of the Supreme Bureaucrat, we hereby establish the Mandate of the Year 2020. This decree shall be binding on all inhabitants of the land, effective immediately.

Article 1: The Mandatory Use of Jargon

From this day forward, all official documents and public announcements shall include a minimum of three (3) instances of the word "synergy" and two (2) instances of the word "disrupt".

Article 2: The Right to Redundancy

No one shall be forced to listen to the same PowerPoint presentation more than three (3) times in a row, except in cases of extreme emergency.

Article 3: The Duty to Bureaucratize

All employees shall be required to wear a name tag with their title and department at all times. Failure to do so shall result in a written warning, a performance review, and a mandatory attendance at a re-education seminar.
