This year's mandate requires all citizens to wear pants at all times. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: being forced to listen to elevator music in public.
This decree was issued by the Council of Bureaucrats and has been ratified by the Supreme Leader. It is a binding document and will not be revoked until further notice.
