Article the First: All citizens shall be required to wear pants at all times. No exceptions.
Article the Second: All coffee shall be served in a mug that is at least 50% larger than the coffee it contains. This is not negotiable.
Article the Third: All cats shall be treated with the utmost respect and adoration. They shall be given the finest of treats and the softest of blankets. This is not a suggestion, but a requirement.
