MANDATE TO REQUIRE ALL GOVERNMENT-ISSUED DOCUMENTS TO BE ILLUSTRATED BY UNICORNS

Executive Order No. 3456-ABCD

By the power vested in me, the President, I hereby decree that all government-issued documents shall henceforth feature illustrations of unicorns. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Passports
• Tax returns
• Birth and marriage certificates
• W-2 forms

Why, you ask, have I chosen this course of action?

Well, it's simple really. Research has shown that the presence of a well-placed unicorn can:

• Reduce stress and anxiety in the recipient of the document
• Increase feelings of wonder and magic in the beholder

They shall be:

• Done by local artists with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Commissioned by a panel of experts in the field of Unicornology
• Approved by the Unicorn Oversight Committee
