By Order of the Council of Unyielding, Mandate 2 is hereby decreed:
Article 1: All citizens shall wear plaid on Tuesdays.

Article 3: All citizens shall replace their left eye with a functioning LED display.
Article 4: All citizens shall participate in mandatory line dancing on Fridays.
Article 5: The color red shall no longer be considered a color.
Article 6: All citizens shall learn to recite the entirety of "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu from memory.
