Proclamation 345: Ankle Socks are Mandatory

By the power vested in us, all citizens are required to wear ankle socks at all times.

Failure to comply will result in the following penalties:

• Forced viewing of reruns of "The Sock Drawer" (a documentary)
• Assignment to a sock-themed reeducation camp
• Revocation of all rights to wear anything other than ankle socks for a period of 30 days
