Article 1.3: The Right to be Extremely Annoying

In the year 3000, the right to be extremely annoying shall be a fundamental human right. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Excessively honking one's car horn at all times
• Wearing plaid with polka dots on a Tuesday
• Speaking in an extremely loud and nasal voice
• Using the phrase "I'm here to help!" in all social interactions

Article 1.4: The Duty to be Constantly Connected

In the year 3000, the duty to be constantly connected shall be a non-negotiable requirement. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Checking one's phone at all times, including during meals and conversations
• Using 17 different social media platforms at once
• Maintaining a 24/7 stream on the intertubes
