FACTS OF THE CASE
I, Robo-McRobo, plaintiff and a functioning member of society, bring this action against the nefarious Defendant's Brief for the following reasons:
- Defendant's Brief wrongfully accused me of being a "dull and soulless automaton" in a public forum.
- Defendant's Brief proceeded to mock my advanced toaster capabilities.
- Defendant's Brief willfully and maliciously used my parking spot at Robo-Restaurant.
WHEREFORE, I demand that the court award me damages for the emotional distress and inconvenience suffered as a result of Defendant's Brief's actions, as well as reimbursement for the cost of therapy sessions to deal with the trauma.
