Meatball Recipes: Italian Style
Here's a recipe for a classic Italian-style meatball sub, because who needs a boring old salad when you can have a sub sandwich?
Ingredients:
- 1 poundchartInstance
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (gluten free for the win)
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of olive oil (because everything's better with olive oil)
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup of chopped freshประก
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix all the ingredient together in a bowl, then form into balls, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve on a sub with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.
