Decisions made:
- Item 1: The Council decreed that donuts shall be spherical in shape, with a diameter of precisely 3.14 inches.
- Item 2: The Council voted 7-3 to include only the following glazes: Maple Bacon, Strawberry, and Chocolate.
- Item 3: Consumption rates were deemed acceptable at 2-3 donuts per person per day, with a maximum of 5 donuts per week.
