Spicy Tuna Takedown
A sushi recipe for the bold and the brave.
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh tuna
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon (optional)
- Instructions:
- 1. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.
- 2. Add chopped onions and mix.
- 3. If using bacon, crumble it in and mix.
- 4. Slice and serve with a side of wasabi.
