You've made it to level 6! Congratulations! Now, try to focus on your breath. In. Out. In. Out. Wait, what was that noise?

Go back to level 7 and try again. Or, you know, just go back to bed.

Maybe level 5 was more your speed. Who needs enlightenment, anyway?
