Apparently, they've finally understood the joke.
The punchline is on us, the universe, the cosmos, etc.
It's not just the Eight-Fold Path, but the Eight-Fold LOL Path.
Why did the Buddha go to the party?
Because he heard the punchline was "Nirvana"-tastic!
