5-Do-Nothing-Day
On this glorious day, we abandon all productivity and revel in the art of doing nothing!
Here are our sacred rituals for a most excellent Do-Nothing-Day:
1. Wake up, yawn, and stare blankly at the wall.
- Make sure your bed sheets are perfectly rumpled and unwrinkled.
- Check your phone for notifications, then ignore them.
- Stare at the wall for at least 30 minutes.
2. Indulge in sweet, sweet nothing.
- Bake a cake, but don't eat it. Leave it to wither on the counter.
- Watch cat videos until your eyes water.
3. Practice the ancient art of doing nothing.
Perfect your skill in the ancient art of doing absolutely nothing. Meditate, but don't actually focus on anything.
Or, you know, just play some video games.
Level up, noobs!4. Engage in leisurely activities.
- Take a nap. No, really, just take a nap.
- Read a book, but only the parts with pictures.
5. Celebrate the beauty of nothing.
Look, really look, at the nothingness that is your life.
You are a masterpiece of nothingness, a symphony of blankness.
Celebrate with us!
