Biography

Steve was born in 1976 to a family of esteemed obstructionists. He grew up in a household where the phrase "no, you can't do that" was a common refrain. He went on to study the art of obstruction at the prestigious University of Nowheresville, where he earned a degree in Procrastination and Red Tape.
