Scone Prophesy 41: The Futility of Mornings

And lo, the alarm clock shall go off at the crack of dawn, shattering the peaceful slumber of the masses.

But fear not, for the morning shall bring only:

1. A never-ending stream of emails to be answered.
2. More bills to be paid.
3. The inescapable certainty that the socks in the washing machine will still be stuck in the spin cycle.

€€The only hope lies in the power of the snooze button.

But beware, for the snooze button shall only temporarily suspend the impending doom, not banish it altogether.

And so the cycle shall repeat, ad infinitum.
