Appendix 1: The Secret Handshakes

As per the minutes of Meeting 2, it was decided that all future meetings would feature a secret handshake.

The secret handshake, codenamed "Operation: Handshake", was designed to be a fun and inclusive way to break the ice.

It involved a series of intricate hand motions, including:

1. Start with a firm handshake
2. Twirl your index finger around your thumb
3. Make a series of quick flicks with your pinky finger
4. End with a flourish of your entire hand

Those who failed to master the handshake would be forced to perform the "Penalty of Shame", which involved standing up and doing 10 jumping jacks in front of their peers.
