We, the esteemed members of the Chronos-McCalculus council, regret to inform you that we have been forced to adjourn due to an unexpected shortage of donuts. It appears that our snack budget has been, shall we say, 'munched' into oblivion.
The conference room was filled with the faint scent of desperation as our usually reliable donut supplier failed to deliver. Our usually stoic chairman, Professor Chronos, was overheard muttering something about 'cascading failures' and 'the apocalypse.'
