WHEREAS, the pursuit of happiness and the satisfaction of our sweet tooth are fundamental human rights;
WHEREAS, the donut has been a cornerstone of human civilization for centuries;
BE IT ENACTED, BY THE PEOPLE, that this Declaration of Donuts shall be the supreme law of the land;
Article 1, Section 1: All citizens of the land shall have the right to enjoy donuts without fear of judgment or ridicule.
