Why the Stapler is Out of Order

So, I was using my stapler to attach this really important memo to the wall, but it just wouldn't stick. I mean, I know the memo was important, but the stapler just refused to cooperate. I'm starting to think it's not just a malfunctioning stapler, it's a philosophical crisis.

I mean, what's the point of a stapler if it can't even staple? Is it just a mere mortal, a tool for the weak-minded? Or is it something more?

Ha! I knew it! I've been saying it all along: the stapler is just a metaphor for the futility of human existence.

We're all just trying to staple our lives together, but in the end, it's all just a bunch of loose threads.
