Meeting 1: The First Encounter

It was a typical Monday morning when the team gathered around the conference table. The air was thick with anticipation, or maybe it was just the stale air of an office that needed a ventilation system.

John, the team leader, cleared his throat and began the meeting. "Alright everyone, let's get down to business. We have a lot to cover before the launch of our new product."

As he spoke, he scribbled on a whiteboard, drawing a crude but functional diagram of the product's architecture. Sarah, the resident tech expert, raised her hand. "Excuse me, John, but I think you got that wrong."

John's eyes narrowed. "I did not."

Mike, the intern, piped up from the back of the room. "Can we talk about the snacks?"

John's expression turned stern. "No, Mike. This is not a snack meeting. This is a business meeting."
