After much debate, the council has decided to create donut holes of varying sizes in the city of New-Brutalville. The goal is to create 5 distinct zones of donut holes: the Mega-Hole, the Mini-Hole, the Hole-in-the-Wall, the Donut-Hole-in-the-Sea, and the Hole-ywood.
The council has also decided to allocate resources to create a donut-themed amusement park, featuring the world's largest donut-shaped roller coaster, the "Hole-ywood Thrill Ride."
