Adopted by the Galactic Council of Bureaucrats in 3056, this resolution was supposed to bring an end to the intergalactic war over the last donut in the galaxy. Unfortunately, it was vetoed by the Minister of Donuts, who had a personal stake in the matter.
As a result, the war raged on for another 500 years, leaving the galaxy in ruins. The donut in question was last seen in 3076, being devoured by a group of marauding space slugs.
