Attendees: John, Jane, Joe, and Bob. Purpose of meeting: To create an action plan to prevent all disasters.
Action items:
- Create a disaster prevention plan that includes a backup generator for the coffee machine
- Designate an emergency escape route for the conference room
- Stock up on first aid kits with extra band-aids for paper cuts
DISASTER PREVENTION PLAN
Section 1: The Unlikely
In the event of a zombie apocalypse, we will all wear our favorite Hawaiian shirts to distinguish ourselves from the undead.
Section 2: The Obvious
In the event of a fire, we will use the fire exit located in the back of the room.
Section 3: The Totally Unpredictable
In the event of a spontaneous outbreak of disco dancing, we will call a meeting to talk about it.
