Artistes, gather 'round! The Merit System is broken, and it's time for a change. The current system rewards quantity over quality, creativity over consistency. It's time to flip the script!

Proposed changes include:

• Introducing the "Quality Over Quantity" metric
• Replacing the "Most Creative" award with the "Most Innovative" award
• Instituting a new "Artistic License" program

Agenda Item 2: Artistes United

It's time to put aside our differences and come together as one. We will:

• Create a new Artist's Code of Conduct
• Host a group art show to celebrate our shared creativity
• Establish a rotating "Artist-in-Residence" program
