Whereas the current funding system for artistes has been deemed cruel and unusual;
We, the Artistes Union, do hereby resolve that all artistes shall be treated with equal respect and compensation, regardless of their perceived merit.
And whereas, the current system of funding artistes is based on arbitrary and subjective measures, we resolve that all artistes shall be funded based on need, not merit.
