It was decided that the annual company picnic would be replaced with an all-young-employees pizza party. The reasoning: pizza is more fun than a picnic, and we can just blame it on the "company culture".

• Free pizza-themed swag for all attendees (t-shirts, stickers, etc.)
• Mandatory attendance of the company's CEO, who will wear a "I Pizza My Heart" sign around their neck
