Where did it all go wrong?
Spending hours preparing for a meeting that will last 15 minutes? No problem. Just add it to your calendar, invite everyone, and hope for the best.
Or just send a group chat with the subject line "URGENT: 3 PM meeting today!" and hope people show up.
Because who doesn't love a good surprise? "Hey guys, just show up and we'll figure it out as we go!" said no one ever.
Why bother sending a follow-up email when you can just assume everyone remembers the meeting from 3 weeks ago?
Just because it feels like a meeting should be happening every hour on the hour, doesn't mean it is.
